“A favorite location, the New Orleans style design of this brownstone in the center of Miami, is a fantastic venue for your wedding. I love how, together with my lighting, planning and décor team, we executed Jessica & Andre’s vision for an elegant dinner in purple, gold, and ivory tones.”
The Cruz Building
Prepare to be awe struck. Located in the heart of Coconut Grove, The Cruz Building is a glamorous New Orleans styled venue with ornate details around every corner. This venue is three stories of royal design and has won the heart of many of our past clients. The glamorous 3-level venue is adorned with soaring atrium ceilings, monumental stained-glass windows, majestic marble staircases for grand entrances, European and French/New Orleans architectural antiques, romantic interior balconies and sweeping outdoor terraces—all romantically illuminated by interior gas flame lanterns and glistening antique crystal chandeliers.
The capacity varies according to how many floors of the building you rent for your special day. You can have as many as 250 guests enjoy a seated dinner and dancing using floors 1 and 2 since its large atrium allows for guests to be seated on both floors simultaneously. The third floor has an indoor area and an outside terrace perfect for cocktails or dancing.
Get ready to party the night away! There is no curfew at The Cruz Building since it’s in the center of Coconut Grove.
The building includes a 5 hour rental for your event and additional hours can be purchased separately. Rental fees vary by day of the week.
- Mon-Thurs: $4995 1 floor, $6495 2 floors, $7995 3 floors

Packages available for your special day @ The Cruz Building- I recommend the Classically Inspired Package for a Friday or Sunday rental since the venue fee includes a 4 hour rental. On a Saturday, the Elegantly Inspired is perfect since it’s a 5 hour package. If you’re planning a 6 hour event with all of the bells and whistles, then the Lavishly Inspired is best!
