The Cruz Building is the newest addition to our elite group of wedding locations. This grandiose and historic venue boasts three stories of absolute luxury. Marble staircases, hand carved wooden fixtures, 28 feet high rising stained glass ceilings, and a terrace that overlooks Coconut Grove, all make up this beautiful locale.

Is outside catering permitted?
Yes.

The Cruz Building has a great blend of both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Are their any special regulations to consider?
Candles are not permitted. Battery operated faux candles are fine. All vendors must be insured.
At what time is setup allowed on the day of the event?
This is dependent on the day of the week, generally it’s 5 hours before the event. Speak with your event coordinator for the exact details.
Is there a room or separate area that may be used for preparation?
Yes.
What is the curfew?
Event curfew is 2am at the Cruz Building.
What time of year is best at this venue?
Year round festivities are fine since there is such a large indoor area.
What is the max capacity?
It depends on the area being rented out. For all three floors of the venue, about 400 people can be accommodated.
