Miami Beach Botanical Garden
If an outdoor wedding is desired, Miami Beach Botanical Garden is a fabulous place to say “I Do.” As your guests arrive, a gorgeous water feature and koi pond will greet them as they enter. This quaint location includes a Japanese garden located in the back. The red bridge is perfect for photos of the wedding party. There are three different areas on the garden grounds suited well for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Some of our most lovely past weddings were held at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in 3 different areas of the gardens for full appreciation of the surroundings. The pond/great lawn is magical for your ceremony or outdoor reception, with a tent or al-fresco! The Banyan Room with a capacity of 100, along with the Banyan terrace which is covered with contemporary sails, are perfect for your reception! Plenty of street parking is available around the Gardens and a parking garage is located within walking distance. Curfew at the Gardens is 12:30 pm. The staff is fantastic! Hands-on, cooperative, and friendly.
The capacity varies according to which areas of the garden you select for your special day. For an intimate indoor reception, the garden has the “Butterfly Room” that can accommodate up to 40 guests. For larger parties, the garden offers the “Banyan Room, Terrace, and Lawn” that can easily host up to 200 guests. If that’s not enough, you can rent the entire garden that can accommodate up to 500 guests using the indoor and outdoor spaces!
Curfew varies depending on the day. For a Sunday wedding, there is an 11:30 PM curfew. However, for a Friday or Saturday wedding, you can party until 1 AM!
